Color: bright ruby color with a fine garnet hue, medium intensity.
Aroma: complex, fresh aromas. Boldly striking berries in the bouquet (cherry, fresh raspberry, and blackberry). Peppery notes are elegantly integrated into the bouquet (ground black pepper, allspice) and spices (bay leaf, clove, and fragrant anise). Appealing sweet finesse in the aroma.
Taste: soft, complex taste. Velvety tannins (young, green), crisp, sour. A myriad of fresh berries in the taste, and a fascinating bouquet (violet, lilac). Enduring and intriguing finish with hints of vanilla and young fresh basil.
