WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE CONFIRMED?

You will receive an automated email confirmation within one hour after placing your order. Our support team will then verify the order details and arrange the delivery.

Before finalizing your order, please provide your company details, including VAT number, legal address, delivery address, and contact phone number for invoice issuance. Once confirmed, you will receive an automated order confirmation email.

WHAT HOURS OF THE DAY DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.

HOW DO YOU COLLABORATE WITH HoReCa PARTNERS?

We operate on a prepayment basis, meaning payment must be made after placing the order for it to be confirmed and ready for dispatch.

For long-term partnerships and regular supply agreements, we offer the possibility of switching to a postpayment system, allowing payments to be completed within a two-week period.

IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER?

Yes, the minimum order is 1 case (6 bottles). HoReCa partners receive a 15% discount when purchasing by the case.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER BEFORE SHIPPING?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible to process the return and ensure compliance with invoicing regulations.

DO YOU OFFER DISCOUNTS FOR BULK ORDERS?

Yes! We offer a 15% discount for our HoReCa partners when purchasing wine by the case.

CAN I PLACE AN ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, you can place your order via phone call. Our customer care team is available Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

CAN I PAY CASH UPON DELIVERY?

No, we do not accept cash payments.

We only work with companies through non-cash transactions.
