Orders are placed online via the horeca.winedoor.com website. Customers select the appropriate delivery option, considering both delivery costs and timelines.

After selecting the desired products, you will need to provide the delivery address, phone number, and your preferred delivery date and time.

Once the selection is completed, you will proceed with order finalisation, leading to confirmation of purchase.

If additional details are necessary to ensure a smooth delivery process, you can provide them during checkout.

Our delivery team will contact you for any clarifications and to confirm the delivery details.Upon delivery, we strongly recommend checking the product for quality in the presence of the delivery person. If any issues are identified, such as damage or incorrect items, you may request a replacement or return immediately.

Delivery is organised in two stages:

Delivery times vary based on the location of the delivery address and stock availability. The estimated delivery times may also change due to the volume of orders or unforeseen circumstances.In Yerevan, deliveries typically take up to 2 hours.
